At Coastal Voice & Data, our mission is straightforward: provide a well-priced, genuinely reliable internet, mobile, and business phone service — without the confusing plans, hidden fees, and disappearing "introductory" pricing that so many bigger telcos rely on. We believe good internet access shouldn't be a luxury, and we've built our pricing and plans around that belief from day one.
Coastal Voice & Data was founded by Kain, who brings a genuine background in networking, business voice systems, and IT support to every part of how this business runs — from the technology behind the scenes to the way we treat our customers. Rather than working through a script, we approach every customer interaction the way we'd want to be treated ourselves: honestly, promptly, and without the runaround.
We're also building towards something a little different for a telco: as Coastal Voice & Data grows, we're putting that growth toward supporting a gaming community — including dedicated game servers and community gaming events. It's still early days, but it's a core part of why this business exists, and we're excited to share more as it takes shape.
